>>76417273 (OP) Lifting in general increases the thickness of the hands. All tissue responds to progressive overload of various stimuli. Skin/fascia gets thicker, as do tendons/ligaments/bone, etc. So, yeah, the more diverse your hand exercises are the thicker it'll get from all angles.
