The number one risk factor is age.
Your biomarker numbers don't mean shit compared to your age.
I mean don't be extremely obese, that's bad of course.
But high blood pressure and bad cholesterol doesn't put you at any risk of heart attack if you are under age 40. Maybe even age 50. Seriously likes its extremely rare (before the death vaxxes) to have any heart attack before age 60, regardless of the state of your health.
