I love long hair but I feel a lot more motivated when it's shaved. I've been getting an actual barber cut instead of shaving it just because my gf hates the shaved head. I don't blame her, I look like helmetless darth vader.
Once my body is looking good I'll grow it out again.

I have buzzed my head. Not all the way down to the scalp. I think my barber did a .5 or a 1, not sure. I go to an actual barber so he makes my buzzcut look good. You don't have to shave everything off and make it look nice. I've had people tell me the buzz suits my look. I like it too, so I will keep it for a while.
