The dalit caste would have to steal a lot of phones for that to happen. Given that they don't have basic human rights like right to work it's unlikely. Also India phones are fragile as fuck and break for no reason usually in less than a year so they'd have to keep stealing phones, finding internet, and power to charge the phones.
