A few weeks ago i started doing pullups at work whenever i found time, just a handful over the day, and then more in the gym. I also put more focus on doing dips. The progress i feel is enormous, never in my life have i ever felt the difference/growth in strength in such a short time. I still can't manage a full 20 dips in one set, 16 seems to be the maximum with three sets, same with 5 full pullups, but the progress feels amazing.
I think i found the champion's league exercises, and they don't even require weights. Why did nobody on here ever tell me about this? I've been on here for almost a year now
