It's evil jewish magic, everything is inverted.

Vegetables and seeds give you cancer, sunscreen gives you cancer.

Animal products are the most healthy things you can eat.

Uh bread, pasta, wraps, rice, beans, oats, soup, potatoes, fruit, nuts, nut butters, fish, tofu, curry, ect.
Why do you think not eating red meat suddenly gives you zero options? Really bizarre thinking. There are literally thousands of dishes which don’t even use meat. Thousands more which use seafood. Drop the trailer trash mindset and learn to cook. I haven’t eaten red meat in 5 years.

Don't eat 25 cans of tuna per day and you're probably fine. There are other ways to eat fish.
>>start eating eggs
>>clog your heart and die
Don't eat a dozen eggs per day.
Are you just retarded or being intentionally obtuse for (You)s?

The longest living populations on the planet eat high carb diets. No ones getting fat and diabetic eating carbs from whole food sources.
They’re great for training too. Low carb diets will make you lethargic if you lift and exercise a lot, it will fuck your recovery and cost muscle. The lack of fiber and phytonutrients will give you cancer and heart disease. Stop putting whole food carbs in the same category as cookies, candy, and refined foods drenched in oil and added sugar.

Only processed meat on that list is harmful in large doses. Everything else is OK. They want people to bow down to environmentalist agenda, that's why this shit is pumped up.

Here's an example counter-study for red meat and colon cancer:
>In conclusion, moderate consumption of lean red meat as part of a balanced diet is unlikely to increase risk for CVD or colon cancer, but may positively influence nutrient intakes and fatty acid profiles, thereby impacting positively on long-term health.

And do they define "moderate consumption" in this study? Because going to McDonald's 5 times a week is not "moderate consumption".

There’s literally no difference. Cooking might increase the amount of mercury relative to the weight of the fish compared to raw, buts that’s only because of the loss of moisture. It’s still the same amount of mercury compared to raw in total.

to be fair all animal protein spikes your IGF1 which will make cancer grow faster if you already have it. IGF1 also has a lot of benefits

There is a big difference, you unbind the mercury and unravel the molecular structure with heat and it stays in your body.

If you think raw vs cooked is the same you're a midwit.

Bullshit scare statistics. Where are the numbers?
18% of what?
If 100 people get cancer out of a million and bacon eaters push the numbers up to 118 in a million, then I still don't care.

Numbers, they're important.

>unbind the mercury
What was it bound to?
>unravel the molecular structure
Mercury compounds in fish are not proteins, they don't "unravel."
Could you try again, but actually say something meaningful this time?

18% is negligible. A very low chance increased by 18% is still a very low chance
