I'm legit autistic so shallow social interactions drain me psychologically. I like working out my muscles and am able to keep up enough of a normie facade to mask my autism but there's a limit on that. No amount of leg press reps will fully compensate for an amputated leg. I can confirm. All the gf's I had were from them cold approaching me or me just asking for their instagram and comletely ignoring them until they send me a message.

The other method where you do the pursuing might work but it's risky because you don't know the woman's attraction level because you didn't let her come to you, that's why you let her chase you because after that you know her attraction level is higher than lets say the girl you pursued.
