I want to dry fast for a week and then water fast for 3 weeks and then do rolling 90h for 12 rotations and then IF OMAD for the rest of my life. It would solve all of my problems. Why can't I just do it? Why do I keep choosing to be fat and miserable when the solution is so fucking simple. I wish there was a drvg I could make that would destroy my will to eat, that isn't expensive and won't fuck up my health. I once went two weeks without food where did my discpline go? Every day is like a waking nightmare in this body. I would kill myself but I don't want to die fat.
Did fasting/omad when I worked a more sedentary job. Worked construction for 2 years and couldn't keep up. Will be starting fasting again now that I am out of the field and in an office again. Thanks for reading my blogpost
I did Omad today and broke my fast with one date and some chicken, spinach biryani stew mostly eaten with bread (whole grain) and did some callisthenics but stayed at home all day. Only drank water and black coffee. Why do I feel so much fatter? That meal should’ve been like half my BMR or maybe 2/3.
I did water fasts in the past for up to 7 days.
Could I do one and drink 1 White Monster a day or would that break the fast? I know that some drinks like tea without sugar are fine. Anyone had experiences with sipping during a fast?

yes especially if one is a drinker
but what people need to pay attention the most is not falling because of low blood pressure
also don't fast if you are growth age girl

it works but depending on your weight and fat percentage you might want to have multiple refeeding days a week off between fasts
It's what I did. Also dry fasting is horrifying
if i work out every day in a 2 day fast will my muscles get protein from non-muscle autophagy, normal breakdown of muscles i didn't target with workouts, or neither?

My most successful fasting stint was right after a break up. Plus I was too broke to afford junk food. Pretty easy to fast when ain't got shit.
