True and false. You don't have to lift weights you think are heavy, but they have to be heavy relative to someone who doesn't lift.

i don't think so tho, otherwise kettle bell athletes would be the jackiest.
If their body is your goal, I guess it's fine. If you want more, progressive overload on compound movements is the most bang for your buck a natty can get

You can isolate everything with 15+ reps, no heavy weights needed
