You can brute force and half-ass short term goals without failing to accomplish them, but for longterm goals you need tk be consistent. It would be hard to get fat or not lose weight like this. You could be more consistent, sure, but whatever it is that you’re consistently doing is what you will see more of in your life.
I eat whatever I want. There are days where I go nuts with junk food and candy, but I don’t do that consistently so I’m not fat. If I was doing this 4/7 days, I would slowly get fat. 7/7 days, I’d be fat in a month.
