What do you eat on a cut?
Here's me

1600kcal

>98g banana
>256g chicken breast
>220g Mexican rice
>200g mixed vegetables
>60g protein powder
>2 slices of bread
>30g of strawberry jam
>sausage roll 200kcal

Lands me pretty much bang on 1600kcal and 130ish g of protein.

I think two bacon and egg sandwiches (3 slices of bacon and a fried egg in each sandwich) would come to 1006 calories, and a large pineapple and coconut milk smoothie would be about 500? I'm bad at calculating food.

500g greek yoghurt + 2 scoops choco protein . Abt 90g protein and 650kcal. Then ill eat whatever my mom made for dinner
