I've been almost-keto (I do eat bread and tatoes sloppa from time to time) for 2 years now. Just checked my blood pressure, its literally as healthy as it can get

I'll go for about 5 days and then gorge for a day or two, not on anything really unhealthy but take myself out of keto for an undetermined amount of time. Then I'll do another 5 days or so.
