How /fit/ will road cycling and pull-ups get me? Ottermode at least? I'm like 23 BMI.

Well, cyclists have pretty good legs and pullups are great for back and progressing to like 20-30 pullups in a set will get you pretty damn wide. Just stay in a small calorie surplus, like 100-150 kcal a day and you should be good for a long time.
Surely your traps, chest, tricep and shoulders will be untrained so you could add pushups a least. Maybe one leg squats If you care about glutes.

What if I add dips to compensate for that?
