The only compound movement i really care about or do is backsquats

For the rest i do cables, dumbells, calisthenics. I just cba with benching or deadlifting, they both suck bigly

Let me guess, <3pl8 squat? Anyway if you only do exercises you "like" that to me is a major red flag that you will be inconsistent or stop training after not very long

You like weighted pullups or dips? As long as you're progressing with consistent form it should be fine.
