How do any of you manage to cut without collapsing? I've just had two bacon and sausage rolls (1142kcal) and two bags of crisps (472kcal), and I'm still hungry. How do I get lean when I have an appetite?

eat low fat high carb high protein

iam eating 1200-1300 cals a day and iam always feeling full since i cut out any fat from my diet,

1 g of fat has around 9 cals
protein & carb has 4 cals
