Cooked stir fry, ate a normal amount, 20 minutes later I binged on leftovers plus having rice and cheese. Hopefully this doesn't continue my stall, I think it's because it was the last day before I take another shot of my grey market tirzeptide. I'm on 7.5 mg and I've lost 45 lbs since April. Call it cheating I don't care my hunger receptors are just fried without it. It only costs like $40 a month grey market too so cost doesn't matter to me either

My health has improved a lot, blood pressure is way down, fasting blood sugar almost normal again but cholesterol still in the high range . Other health ailments have disappeared .Can move better and have more energy. Keep going bros.
