When I ordered 2 80lbs adjustable dumbbells a skinny Indian guy carted them to my door and barely got them on to the step. Was funny to watch on the cameras.

Guaranteed the driver will bitch and wont even lift it in the most basic way to assist you.
I ordered an a stationary bike and I spent the whole day dealing with the delivery company saying they needed to arrange for a fucking lift for the truck to take it off etc.
I literally drove down there and picked it up with my hands and carried it out. It was 100 lbs at most.
I can respect not wanting to hurt yourself for some random dudes package but fucks sake.

Your dumbbell set will come in 3-4 separate sturdy boxes. These boxes will be easy enough to lift and carry individually. The driver will lift the boxes out of his truck or at least to the exit of the load bay of the truck. The driver will remark the boxes are heavy and probably ask you if they're full of weights. You will say yes. You will check the labels on the boxes to make sure you have all the boxes. You will then sign for the delivery. You will carry the boxes into your house while the delivery driver drives away. Enjoy your new dumbbells anon!
