Not even. The sets on the way up are just warm up, and the way down are super easy drop sets. You probably loaded it wrong
>1×20 uses 50% of strength set load
>2×10 uses 75% of strengtg set load
>4×5 strength set(approximate 80%1RM)
And back down. If you follow that formula it's easy peasy as long as you're resting the appropriate amount between sets for each different tier 30/60/90 seconds, maybe more for that strength set, and it helps you through plateaus nicely.
