I can currently do 3 sets of 15 pull-ups with good form. Should I up it to 17-20, or try to start doing weighted pull-ups? If weighted how do I add weight if all I’ve got is a pull up bar and some dumbbells in my home gym? Do I have to buy one of those vests or something?
