Early 30s lifelong freindless loser here. I have been going to the gym Saturday night for over a decade now. Every week its filled with more and more people. Lots of them are tall and either on steroids or top 0.001 percent genetics. I can tell they dont have any freinds or romantic life either from the look in their eyes and the fact that I used ti be one of the only people at the gym, it being full on saturday night is not normal.

Zoomer who are on this path... It will hollow u out. Its not based. Its like a job gap. It will only get harder and harder to make friends and not be an incel as time goes on, even if u get the muscles and money. U kmow how lonely u feel sometimes? Imagine not feeling like that anymore after a while. Now imagine that somehow being even worse than being sad.. There is no way yall can handle this life. I got thrown into the first rifht away in fucking elementary school and have adapted to this. Yall aren't going to make it. U will snap.

I don't even bother listening to normies for advice anymore because they don't understand what true loneliness is. They don't know what it's like to have literally nobody care about you to the point that if you died the only people who would know is your employer.

>Classmates/acquaintances making plans for the weekend
>I'm right there with them
>The thought of inviting me doesn't even cross their minds
Basically story of my life. That's why I spend Friday/Saturday nights at the gym.
One time I chatted up a girl who was also there late on Saturday night, and planned a date with her the next day, but she cancelled and then ghosted me shortly thereafter.
I don't understand how I'm supposed to turn this around.

Actually solid advice. It sucks, but it's extremely hard to make friends at the gym and practically possible to get dates with women (it's like a candy store for fags). No, it's not a matter of being "good enough", it doesn't matter how great your natty physique is or how huge and ripped you get on steroids. It's just not a place that will fill that gap in your life.

Just pick ANY other hobby and go join groups for it until something good happens. Workout for no more than three hours per week and eat healthy, that's all you need for top 5% physique.

Okay, but my other hobbies are chess, backgammon and poker, which tend to attract mostly older men.
As far as I can tell, most women don't even have hobbies, so the gym seems like a better shot than hobbies, unless you know of any female-populated hobbies?

I remember 10 years ago when I was 23 I was in the same spot with you.. Burned out and suffering, then i realized that my whole life was going to be like this and 10 years later I can confirm, you just have to accept it.

I’m 36 and I exclusively date women 25 or younger. There’s no fundamental difference between a woman my age or older and a woman over 20 or so except for the fact that they’re much better looking.

birth rates are down, single epidemic on the rise. In general people are less happy and more lonely. Kinda hard to form meaningful connections when .2 seconds before a swipe left is all the time you're given to present yourself. Everything is algorithmically tailored to be your consumption prison. Nobody is willing to meaningfully commit to anything. Growth of character/change is non existent. Society is increasingly infantilized. We are in the degenerative decline cycle of our civilization, unfortunately

If you think lifting an hour a day is killing your social life, well, you are wrong and you have other issues to deal with.
Consider this: you can lift AND do other things in life.
