How this cut tho, 225lbs to 195lbs. Strength is down like 20% but Iโm hoping some comes back when the calories do. Ignore the shitty tattoos, degen but girls seam to like them.

shits sick after you get your shit lats and delts your chest will be able to grow way more, i do more upright shit as shrugs/rackpulls/power rows/cable lat bar desu. im working on delts and chest rn if you got anything to work on.
