My diet for the past week is 2 cans of sardines with 2 eggs in the morning and then 1.6 lbs of bottom round steak with 4 eggs every single day.
Comes up to around $18, 2000 calories and 230~ish protein.
So far it completely fixed my appetite, i feel satiated at all times, my lifts improved, it fixed my sleep on like the second day of the diet, i don't crave sugar or alcohol anymore.
Idk if i can sustain this for years but the carbs and glucose are starting to feel like a good goy povertyslop.

you have to be careful about going directly from one diet to another because it can be bad for the gut. even if you go to Carnivore
you should have a transition period for a 1-1.5 months

I did carnivore for 9 months. Never felt better. Cholesterol was so bad doctor freaked out. More tests done. Even worse apob, etc. Stopped carnivore for a year. Cholesterol and other bad markers decreased but still not perfect. Dont do it guys.

My opinion is as follows: carnivore is an extreme, but if you're fat, eating close to carnivore (maybe a few occasional fruits and veggies) seems like one of the best ways to easily lose fat. If you want to get really lean you can be intentional about it and count your calories. Then it's ok to go back to eating the third macronutrient because your insulin will be down and your liver won't be fat anymore, and you'll perform better during your workouts etc with carb intake.

The real killer is high (refined) carb + high fat, e.g., french fries, doughnuts, etc. Massive fat storage + your liver is still working overtime to produce fat from blood glucose.

One of the meals recently that's made me feel most satiated and powerful is lentil + stewed beef

When I go zero carb I become so ravenous I can easily down >5000 kcal. I'm lean.

I've been eating 90% this way since 2017. It's been great for me, and actually like that most people don't do it because it would drive meat prices sky high and I don't want most men to get in shape. It feels like having a cheat code to health, longevity, and maintaining a physique way easier than I otherwise could.

There's nothing extreme about it. I consider it the most "pure" diet because it's just cutting out anything modern basically. Modern diets especially high carb diets are really unnatural and imo, extreme. You can't eat such a diet without eating man-made foods, it's that simple.

Cholesterol is supposed to be on the high side mate, unless you're fat. In a lean person cholesterol is directly tied to energy transport in the body and if you're lean and eat fat then it will drive up this energy transport. It's honestly best not to listen to regular doctors about cholesterol, they make a lot of money from statins.

Plants don't have anything that isn't more ideally obtained from animals though. Why don't you understand this? Even vitamin C is more ideally obtained as DHAA from animals. What you're saying is you need to eat modern foods high in an unnatural macronutrient (sugar) just because you can, which is really dumb. Historically we ate some fibrous plants, which would be digested as saturated fat, not sugar. Sugary stuff didn't really exist in the Pleistocene contrary to what vegans want to believe...
