CICO: an unreliable barometer?
My friend eats the same meal every day: a triple cheeseburger with Dijon mustard, goats cheese, fontina, gruyere and American cheese, washed down with a Monster and maybe a few Guinnesses. Yet he is 168lb and not fat. Is CICO a lie?

if he ate more he'd gain weight and if he ate less he'd lose weight. Yes people will have different metabolisms, there's some dozen dozen factors that influence this. Yes, you would lose weight if you ate less too, fatty.

Idk how big of a triple cheeseburger your friend is eating but according to google the Wendy’s cheeseburger is probably the highest in calories and it’s 1200 so he’s probably eating around that at worst, then a monster is 200, and again I don’t know exactly which Guinness he’s drinking but let’s say he’s having 3 stouts that’s about 150cal per so 450, so total he’s having about 1850 calories
