Get a bidet, I used to have this problem and yes it came from wiping too much/hard. A bidet does a better job cleaning your asshole anyway, you only need to dab off the excess water at the end and it ends up being much gentler.

Psyllium husk and any insoluable powder, I use inulin.

Be careful with taking the powder by itself(with water). It basically turns into a block of hard jelly if you mix it poorly and it forms a slimy substance to further protect the core against absorbing fluids.
So if you're full retard you can create a blockage in in your intestines.

But mixing it with other foods is all good. I love it with rice. 2-3 table spoons of psyllium and 1 table spoon of insoluable powder. Pic related.

I also put 1 table spoon of it in the egg I fry for breakfast sandwich.
Probably works real well with yoghurt.

Also, psyllium husks really helps with your gut bacteria, pretty much cured my IBS. If I get an episode, it's just a regular shit, not gut twisting acid squirt that gives you cold sweat and tears.

Why would you do that to yourself? Such a weird thread. Fibre is like a bandaid if you eat a trash diet, it coagulates your stools so you don't have diarrhoea. It has no health benefits, when people talk about fibre feeding the gut microbiome, this process leads to intestinal damage, inflammation, gas, and all to produce a very tiny amount of saturated fat that you could have just eaten. I do 4 tablespoons of psyllium husk and 4 tablespoons ground chia seeds split between two protein shakes a day. I also jam all my other supplements in one of them like collagen and creatine.
And then I have my veggies every day along with fruit before workouts on workout days, but I don't have fiber in my first shake of the day as to promote absorption of my nutes. And then I get a handful of mixed nuts when I think about it.

I'm Low Carb nation but I find Keto's golden rule of 20g way too restrictive if I want all the nutrients and benefits that life has to offer.
40-60g of fiber and a gallon of water a day keeps my body happy and hydrated.

I avoided fiber for most of my life because I thought it was only necessary for bowel movement, and my bowel was fine.

Then my gut bacteria went to shit and after googling I found that fiber is what the bacteria in your gut eat. Without fiber they die and your microbiome is thrown out of balance.

I've been fixing this by eating kefir and sauerkraut (made at home, not store bought). Also eating 20g fiber per day. This completely changed my life and cured so many health problems that have been appearing in the past year. It basically eliminated my anxiety, insomnia, brain fog, executive dysfunction and lethargy.

I've also spent years discussing "biohacking" (yeah stupid term) on /fit/ and people rarely ever comment on how important your gut microbiome is. If you already have a healthy microbiome taking probiotics won't do anything for you; but if you've been drinking a lot of alcohol, taking antibiotics or not eating enough fiber, probiotics can completely change your life.

Get bamboo fiber and add a teaspoon (around 5g) to every meal you eat, ie coat ur chicken, add it to a jogurt, a sauce etc
With 3 meals you get like 15g fiber and the rest of your diet should normally supplement the rest. Otherwise you can like drink it in water

They are pretty similarly slimy if you don't grind them up.
Once you grind them up, they become half bulky, half slimy but you get all of the nutritional benefits.
Slimy = water absorbent = Soluble fiber
Bulky = insoluble fiber
Soluble fiber helps meet minimum shipping requirements for a good shit
Insoluble fiber packages it up into a nice good log that slides out easy and leaves no mess.
