Kek that's basically been my last 6 months. My job is less than 80 hours a month and I can sleep till noon everyday, then spend all the free time relaxing and force-feeding myself clean foods.
It's a blessing for gains but I feel lazier than ever.

I was a record holding powershitter when I was a NEET. I don't think I'm particularly gifted, just when you aren't energy fucked by a job your body does what it's truly capable of. Within the first 2 weeks I started working, all my lifts went down and it was just a downward spiral of mediocrity and injuries. I've never been able to make much progress ever since. Have had a couple breaks of unemployment, and those are the only times I can make gains both in strength and aesthetics. It's fucking insane, like eating or sleeping doesn't matter, THAT'S the factor that gives gains vs none. It probably has to do with stress, the stress hormones suppressing test or something.

If working a job is absolutely destroying your gains, you were never going to make any gains as a NEET anyway

The difference in gains u can achieve in an optimal state vs unoptimal state is extremely minute

The retards of u who think it makes the difference between a 225 bench and 315 bench or something like that is fucking wrong

You'll still make like 90-95% of the gains ull make even in the worst situation so long as ure still actually lifting


The idea u can just do some change in ur life and see night & day differences in results from the gym is a myth to sell u products/dreams/ etc

Don't mask your lack of worth ethic with some economic idealist mumbo jumbo. If they were self employed and said 8 hours a day is the bare minimum you'd find some other way to cry about it. If 8 hours of work drains you/makes you incapable of proper exercise and you're under 40, you need to slap yourself.

I worked weekends this summer for 14h a day and it was brutal, I was filming weddings and now I’m editing them and I only do 3 hours a day and I’m still tired as hell for some reason lol

working out really isnt a big deal, especially as a natty just fucking chill and workout its not a big deal and its not worth stressing about just go and get your shit done it doesnt even matter if you didn't lift as much as you could or had a shitty workout, just fucking going means you are better than nearly everyone on earth why would you add stress on top of that. There will be times when you are really motivated and thymes when you just cant go, if you want to prioritize lifting and being fit you of course have to be a neet or have it be your job
