Yeah you’ve already got the body of a man I really would avoid the gym outside of cardio. The best you can hope for is to trick people by going for the androgynous victim weight mode, any amount of muscle will out you that much faster. Obvious just get a job and a gf and a flip phone and throw out your PC tho if you’re actually considering this.

You should be thiccmaxxing like an instagram gym pawg. This means eating a lot and doing more lower body sessions than upper body. What you want to do is build thick legs and big bulbous butt cheeks. I would suggest you study instagram gym pawgs that specialize in glute growth.
