Kek. Cool graph Hansel. I like how fried foods are better than meat and full fat dairy is bad.

Literally cooking skill issues. It's mostly advanced glycation end product skill issues because normies are like "muh char flavor" instead of acid-bathing their meat in plant extracts at 160F for a day.

The elites want us to stop eating meat. That's the only reassurance i need to keep eating meat, as long as it's possible.

I eat a metric ton of dairy and red meat and every time I've done blood work all the markers have been within healthy range

How come?

>The elites want us to stop eating meat
>That's why the biggest podcasts online that involve diet discussion like Joe Rogan, (((Andrew Huberman))) and Peter Attia all push diets high in red meat. And the New York Times gives Jewish beef industry shill Nina Teicholz a platform to spread pro saturated fat propaganda.

Meanwhile epidemiologists doing real large scale health outcome studies put out papers that say eat more plant based food and they barely get any media attention.

lmao, so true when I think about it
the keto/carni/saturated fat shit is getting pushed way way harder than any healthy plant based diets

Red meat (and dairy) has excessive amounts of igf-1 growth hormone which is thought to be cargogenic, but most of it is negligible if you weight train. I'm sure the ivermectin is also a very dangerous drug according to you if we can't trust a word that comes out of joe rogan's mouth.

It's good to be wary of the dangers of meat, but it becomes a non-issue if you have a healthy lifestyle and don't go to extremes such as keto or full vegan.

Not true. The negative effects persist. However that is far from the only problem with it. You have the saturated fat, of course, and the problems it causes. It also increases insulin resistance and chances of diabetes. It increases TMAO in the body which is linked to cardiovascular problems. And Heme iron in it is also linked to higher levels of all cause mortality

There are several studies which control for lifestyle factors and still show negative outcomes for meat eating in fact, in those studies, the negative effects are more pronounced than in ones where other factors can muddle the outcomes of what the effects were.

all these garbage studies can be boiled down to this
>It is likely that the association of red-meat consumption with colon cancer is explained either by an inability of epidemiology to detect such a small risk or by combinations of other factors such as greater overweight, less exercise, lower vegetable or dietary fiber intake, and perhaps other habits that differentiate those who eat the most meat from those who eat the least.
