So basically.... I just gained a bunch of bodyfat...and all the strength I gained in recent months is all 1 big fat lie....

I am FUCKING SICK OF THIS SHIT - I am going to start tracking my calories and NEVER go above 1,500 until I'm ripped.

Congratulations anon you discovered bulking. You can get the strength benefit without becoming a fatass if you just eat slightly above what you use instead of pigging out
