If I ever get hit with that shit, I'm ending it. OP took it rather well. That sounds not only incredibly painful but also requires IMMEDIATE medical attention. I read that if you don't get operated on within 6 hours, your ball has to get removed with like a 90% chance. OP waited 36 hours for some reason, or had to.

Hope you're OK OP, I got hit with it a little more than 10 years ago and had no idea what was up until 4chan told me to go to the hospital, at least 12 hours after symptoms (I woke up with what I thought was blue balls).

I had to get my nut taken out, needless to say, but I'm totally fine. Still have sex, girlfriend teases me occasionally but doesn't really care so much. Still cum hard etc. There's really not much to it.

FWIW, if anyone gets it... you can basically just turn it back into position yourself quite easily, from what I hear. If you do it within a couple of hours you will definitely be OK. As for me, my nut was 2x the size and hard as a rock, and I jacked off like 3 times to try and make it go away, but it didn't help, and I waited way too long to ask somebody about it.

Also it was super uncomfortable, but for me, not exactly painful. Again it felt like blue balls, with a twist.

Can you tell me what these are?
Was the pain severe and was it constant or did it come and go? Did you have other symptoms besides pain?
My nuts hurt for 2 days already, it comes and goes. When I touch it (from the top) it hurts more. No other symptoms. Absolutely scared to death it might be testicular torsion all this time.

I went to my GP just now and got a medical referral to the UC unit. That kinda spooks the fuck out of me. She told me, I have to go there NOW. Which I am doing, about 20 minutes until I'm there.
