Mine don't hurt but they make me feel insecure about showing my butthole to dudes online. How do you actually get rid of them?

Do you do a lot of sitting? I'm an overweight fuck in an office job. Weight is supposed to be a contributor to these, but i think part of my issue was the chair is been sitting on in my home office and to play games. It was an executive style chair from Staples that wore out and seemed to put a lot of pressure right there on my butt. I got a refurbished Steelcase Gesture chair, and my symptoms have alleviated a lot. Not completely gone away, but definitely a step in the right direction.
So if you have a cheap chair you sit in a lot, I'd look into options for well constructed ergonomic chairs engineered for long term use in quality offices. They can be kinda expensive but think of it as an investment, and they're cheaper refurbished. I'd avoid mesh because based on my research mesh does no favors to hemorrhoids.
