Bruh if you actually paint or otherwise design your home for what you like then what about the next buyer?? Isn't it better to go with some utterly bland guess as to the next buyer's preference just in case?? Just imagine living in a house that is actually designed for your own preference, ugh probably get like 2% less when you sell it since they'll have to repaint (which they will anyway).
I hate flippers and realtors and the whole fucking industry if you couldn't tell. So many beautiful historic houses in my city that carpetbagger flippers got their hands on and they just paint everything blandly gray with the same cheap stainless appliances and that shitty gray laminate fake wood flooring (over actual oak flooring wtf??) nevermind none of their "improvements" at all fit the style of house or even improved anything at all since they just went with the cheapest shit, but then figure that should double the price of the house.
Fucking cancer is what those "people" are.
Also Americans are generally fat due to shit diet, laziness, and profound mental retardation.
