these things taste like ass. Fish should only be eaten freshly caught/cooked, or dried.

>you can only buy one food ever
are you retarded or something? You buy multiple cheap foods for variety. Buy the tuna and the deenz, it's not illegal or something.

this actually looks good, smoked fish usually is. Does it taste 'fishy' like deenz?

It's fish so it's going to be fishy, but I know what you mean and no, it's not gross like most deenz. I've tried them all and Brunswick is the only one I eat just because they're a delicious treat.
Eat them straight from the can, or fry them up with potatoes into a hash with lots of butter if you're not cutting.

should I cook them in olive oil?

I typically eat them out of the can. If it's anchovies though, I'll do them like this.
Put the anchovies into the pan of turkey/eggs while it's cooking. It adds some nice saltiness to the food.

I should really try anchovies. I always remember them as a tv "gross" food but most of those turned out to be great, like brocoli and brussel sprouts.

A whole can of chovies at once is hardcore. So salty

I once looked at the price/kg for canned anchovies and it was like 45 or 50 euro. and that was before covid.

Yes, they really aren't too bad. I'm not a picky eater so I don't mind how salty they are. I think anchovies taste better than sardines. If you ever get sick of tuna, you could always swap them for sardines. Anchovies aren't as high in protein but are still a good source of healthy fats from what I understand.

I haven't done that in a little bit. When I would do that though, I wouldn't season my food so it brought some flavor to my food.

He's right. They're also expensive as fuck because they're 80% water/oil.
