there are many potential factors for why people go back but one of them is that it's quite possible people who got fat are generally less able to stick to things and control impulses than the average person. statistics are not foregone conclusions, yes, but there's a lot of studying being done on why people balloon again so often and eventually noncompliance with diet is surely a piece but then you have to ask why noncompliance happens in the first place

That belly is usually a result of bad posture and lack of abdominal tone. i look like this due to desk job + chronic rhinitis which fucks with my sleep. unironically though my T levels are in 700s. but i started to slowly unfuck myself, lost 30 pounds, and am looking for a physical job. also read about histamine intolerance and dropped a lot of food that made me bloated. fixing gut flora is very important here. still i have a problem with feeling weak and recovering after training from terrible quality sleep

I escaped it, took me 2 years and 8 months. When I first started at the gym I just lifted and didn't care much about cutting or bulking but I was clearly on a surplus because I gained muscle and weight, I kept on bulking for another year then did a 4-5 month cut this year and finally got rid of the skinnyfat look.
Routine was just PPL and Arnold split, but I was focusing a bit on strength aswell, also do abs everyday to strengthen ur core.
