but it's not the problem people make it out to be here
IF consumed in small quantities
you should be much more worried about the goyslob you otherwise consume
if you only eat clean, non ultra processed food
and hit your macros + micros
there really isn't much difference in health outcomes if you use 1 tablespoon of tallow, rapeseed oil, lard, olive oil or whatever else you want daily

calories from animals range from <5% to almost 100%, depending on which part of the world you look at
in tropical parts humans got most of their fat from palm oil or cocunuts
or subtropical americas where hickory nuts, acorns and acorns were majority of fat sources and stored
while central europe had a mix of majority big / small game, from meat and bone marrow and some nuts / seeds
