Strong beer after trainign
I go to gym every day but each time i get really anxious because of all the mirrors at the gym and have bad thoughts and after every trainign so every day I'm drinking 4x500ml 7%alcohol beers. Is it impacting my gains in negative way? If so why? Before drinking them i drink protein shake. Guy at work said it's good because of hydrstion and they used to drink beers during the gladiator times. I just want truth

You would have to drink like a 12 pacj a day for months for tge estrogen to be a problem. I used to be an addict, but now, in my 30s, my lifts take a noticable hit the next day after literally just a few beers.

Liver efficiency =Slower alcohol breakdown
Body water = Higher BAC per drink
Sleep disruption = Worse recovery, more fatigue
Cellular repair = Longer recovery time
Stress + life load = Alcohol effects are harder to buffer


But i also noticed in my 20s as well that oerformance goes down after just a few drinks.

probably depedns on a person bro, I'm 24 in october and to be honest aside from calming me down alcohol makes me sleep better, like i wake up after 4 hours read to work and more energetic than without it. i probab;y have adhd but doctors in my country are corrupted

If you’re bulking totally fine. Slam some beers after a heavy day, but try to get your cals and macros before drinking. I never noticed any problems like that. Maybe four, 7% every single day is much. Cut back to just 2-3, and don’t drink after every session. If you are cutting, or doing anything besides bulking I would not recommend it. Unless you got cals to spare at the end of the week

I used bong units because the american "drink" definition is retarded. basically, you're drinking way too much. even if we ignore the bongs advice (nation of alcoholics) you should drink no more than 3 times a week. and that's not a 4 pack each time. limit to one night of heavy drinking or spread it out. you'll become a full blown alcoholic at this rate. not a drunk who drinks too much randomly; you'll literally need alcohol to function. withdrawals are a bitch. good luck

I often drink four of these after training. If you don't want them to interfere with your gains wait about 3 hours after eating. Alcohol takes priority over food in your digestive system (your body want to get rid of the poison as fast as possible). So give your body time to absorb your food before asking it to process alcohol.

I got used to them, sometimes I buy warka strong it's better but more expensive. I like Dzik Mocny the most and they are the cheapest, if you have amic card you only pay 3.30 for 3 of them but I prefer not to buy alcohol in the same store everyday so they don't think im alcoholic

Strong beer sucks and tastes like dogshit. Anything higher than 5.5 is rotgut and you might as well be downing a little vodka flask. Last time I tried a strong lager it tasted like beer with a shot of vodka mixed in

It depends, I love Baltic porter, imperial stout, barley wine for it's taste and they are 9-22% strong. But I agree that +5% pils taste like vile

I don't drink it for taste retards. I usually chug one in one go standing behind a bus stop, next one on the way from the bus stop to home and 2 in my room. I do it very fast usually drink it in 2 minutes or less. Like i say i only drink to get better thoughts and i usually need them fast

there is no adderall in my country. I tried getting metylophenidate but apparently you need to pay like half of the paycheck for the adhd diagnosis which they only do in big cities. I tried microdosing bath salts but it turned into a full blown addiction and taken 5 years from my life and i ended up in 20k debt which I will get out of next month, it is what it is I just try to go to gym everyday. I know it's just illusion of progress in life but I want to be big
