Losing weight
I stopped eating peanut butter jelly sandwiches as a snack and replaced it with hard boiled eggs 2 weeks ago. I also stopped eating 2 bowls of cereal per day and try to go to bed a little hungry every night. Since doing this I've lost 10 lbs in about a month. I have been lifting weights and doing cardio for the last 6 months with almost no change in body weight and came to the realization that my diet is too shitty and had to eat cleaner. I used to just be able to stop drinking beer and I would drop weight practically over night but my metabolism isnt what it used to be and i cant have any beer anymore. It is a hard reality that you have to lift, do cardio and fastidiously track calories to see meager fat loss. It is still fat loss which is awesome. Is just staying a little hungry and avoiding all unnecessary calories a good strategy for weight loss because I really hate the idea of weighing foods. A cico thread died for this thread.
