I got a question for you lads. I asked yesterday in QTDDOT if meat based protein powder like Carnivor and Redcon1 was actually better than Whey and the answer lined up with what some other people were saying about "it doesn't make much difference"
So my new question is if I'm going whey powder instead of meat powder, is there any difference between normal protein powder and mass gainer?
I've read mass gainer's main ingredient is carbohydrates but I eat a cup of rice before my workouts anyways. So my question is can I just do like what I do with my creatine monohydrate now and buy the 14 dollar Walmart equate stuff?
