Has /fit/ finally given up on the "men peak in their 30s" cope?
Anonymous No.76472248 [Report] >>76472340
Matt Forney literally never peaked and is a pathetic loser.

As are you sure posting this shit here. Kill yourself. I mean it. I know your life is terrible and the sooner you kill yourself the sooner your pain will end.

in this day and age being younger is much less of an advantage because easily obtainable knowledge is absurdly greater than ever. an aging man can easily become far more virile than ever before. furthermore young ppl are sold the false belief that they can do whatever they want because lol im young but the reality is sleep, diet and exercise are important no matter the age. older people are more likely to have the desire and means to improve so they can effectively be prime for many years longer than ever before. those who cling to old truisms are going to continually find themselves wondering why nothing makes sense anymore.

>in this day and age being younger is much less of an advantage because easily obtainable knowledge is absurdly greater than ever. an aging man can easily become far more virile than ever before.
by this logic, being older is actually less advantageous because a young person can find all the knowledge they need as well to make up for their flaws, as well as being naturally more virile, so being "wise and mature" isn't a great asset.
>older people are more likely to have the desire and means to improve so they can effectively be prime for many years longer than ever before. those who cling to old truisms are going to continually find themselves wondering why nothing makes sense anymore.
The point is that even if they find themselves in their prime in their 30s onwards, that just means they wasted their 20s and they never saw themselves in their true prime in their 20s.

you're missing the part where there's incentive to do things. you are severely underestimating peer pressure. also the impact of age on changes. a young person doing everything right is not going to see such a dramatic change in quality of life as an older person. there's less reward. many older people will testify to feeling better than when they were younger because of these facts bro. nobody is impressed by a young person looking and feeling young. there's no counterpoint to any of this. doing things to look and feel younger and it working is unique to being old. better yet older people have the ability to gain more knowledge. this is simply a mathematical fact of the way time works.

More like men peak around age 30 +-2 years. Late 30s obviously is not the peak lol. I'm 40, past my peak, but I'd say 32 was definitely the highpoint all things considered.

I don't agree. Being older I've more or less given up. In my twenties I was in uni, doing roids, playing sports, having a great time. In my 30s I've made a ton of money but I don't have anything I want to spend it on. I'm just tired all the time

What I stated isn't a generalization. Most old people will be...old. But the fact is in this day and age an old person who wants to function at the level of a young person and in some cases better than their own youngself, can do just that.

Lol that's a rich statement coming from a fat bald guy who still dresses like he's in highschool.

At the same time he's kinda right about it being copium. A lot of incel blackpill guys act like it's some kind of thing that automatically happens as a guy turns 30.

It only happens when a guy spends his 20's acquiring wealth and experiences, develops mentally and socially while staying fit and maintaining a young and adventurous spirit.

Meanwhile most guys are like Matt; they become fat, are emotional undeveloped, dress unflattering, sour prematurely and just aren't fun to be around.

>using matt fucking forney as an example of someone worth listening to

I remember this faggot trying to get in on the PUA train back in the day and then switching to the men's rights angle once people discovered how much of fat, awkward loser he actually was. At least other PUA grifters could actually show examples of them getting laid every now and then and generally didn't look like stereotypical basement dwelling virgins.

>I got laid the most when I was a fat broke 19-year-old in college.

Matt stop it already, everybody and their grandma knows that not only did you not actually get laid in your teens, you literally had a prostitute call the cops on you because you're that much of a creep.

It's not cope. If you put in some effort to become wealthier, healthier, smarter and more skilled with women and socially in general when you're younger, it will pay insane dividends when you're in your 30s. Fat Horny however is not an example of that kind of man so no fucking wonder he peaked when he was younger.

>drink three beers without getting a hangover
I stopped alcohol at 25, it's garbage
>slowed down mentally
you need effort to stay sharp intelectually, read often, actually engage with deep/complex thinking, sleep well, very few people do that
>low energy, easily irritated
probably lack nutriments and/or low-t
>low tolerance for foid nonsense
that's just a normal, healthy male reaction, women are children, you learn to deal with it, if you're still update about it past 25 you're a manchild
That guy just sounds like a typical loser, late 30s is when you start seriously paying your lack of general maintenance, the key is to stay in shape, stay lean, don't drink and smoke, stay busy.
Faggot.

If someone was always fit, then yes: you peak in your thirties.

BUT if you were in shit shape when young OR were a late bloomer OR were skinny fat OR never trained OR never trained properly, someone can easily get into the best shape of their life in their 40s by nailing down proper diet and traing.

If you were always in good shape, its possible to get nto even better shape in your 40s and 50s with TRT. Stay consitent with traing and nutrition, take test and maybe even play around with a little anavar or winstrol.

Testosterone can be safely blasted into the 500 mgs/week range with pretty much ZERO negative side effects. For years. And thats basically considered a low dose steroid cycle. Even if one would occasinaly blast test to 500mgs for a couple months, then come down to a legit typical TRT dies of like 200mgs/week, then one coud pretty much keep all those gains. Do that for a wfew years and you can be in much better shape then when young.

If you were an Olmpian when young, then yes. Your 40s are going to be a let down, pretty much no matter what.
