mak here i made pullup pr and i am happy with my pr
i find my pullups numbers just go up by doing the kettlebell armour building complex by dan john ( 2 cleans > 1 press > 3 front squat with double kettlebells )
so my pullups are getting stronger from the power cleans and front rack position of the front squats

pr is weighted pullup 40 kg x 3 btw at 79 kg bodyweight

also i want to say choosing a low bodyfat percentage over having more strength and size is pretty lame

Nice V-taper and brutal strength too.
Keep it up Mark! Maybe one day I can also do pull-ups with 40kg extra weight.
