>be ketard
>get fat and sick on SAD goyslop diet
>try fad diet like keto or carnivore
>a diet containing little to no plant varieties and their healthy fibers, prebiotics, and nutrients that come with them to create a healthy gut microbiome
>can no longer eat a potato or a carrot without 14 hours of brain fog, fatigue, and digestive upset
>they take it as a sign that these foods are unhealthy and unfit for consumption
>meanwhile there is no other group of people on the planet with this much digestive upset from a carrot or blueberries

>my face when ketards then conclude that it was the carrots and potatoes and blueberries that made them fat and sick and not the mountian dew, mcdonald's, and doritos
>microbiome is now irreparably ruined

what did they mean by this

I will accept that PALEO is the best way for human beings to eat (no processed goyslop, no sneed oils, no glyphosate wheat, no frankenfoods) but KETO is just flat fucking retarded and the community is full of little bitches with feinting couches who pass out after eating a handful of blueberries or quinoa and then act like this is what is a normal or healthy metabolism looks like. if you cannot eat a banana or blueberries without passing out into a lethargy for 3 days you are just as metabolically challenged as fatties eating too many doritos

The only thing that keeps me from giving up and gets me back to running and lifting each day is knowing deep down that I'll need the strength to completely pamper an asian woman someday

Is my micribiome really going to be permanently ruined? I'm trying keto, it's my 4th day and I noticed that the blackheads on my nose are less noticable. Also, I am not as hungry. These are things I liked.
But I've never heard of this side effect you mentioned. I hope it's not actually true.
By the way, you can eat green leaves, eggplant, zucchini cucumber etc, so what you said about lack of plants is not valid

Actually keto is a scientifically backed diet centred around inducing ketosis and not intended to be a lifestyle but a stop gap towards intensive weight loss. Paleo on the other hand is a literal muh ancestors meme diet with no scientific basis.

I lost 150 pounds over ten years ago doing a strict (whole food) keto diet.

I have kept it off eating Paleo.

Paleo is not a meme diet, but a philosphy towards eating, all of which is science based. It just so happens that the Paleo gimmick (cave man diet) nicely coincides with the science, so its a convenient shorthand. But the deeper you dig into a whole foods, fish/meat/egg heavy, minimally processed, modest carbohydrate, modest fruit/vegetable diet, the better the science and the outcomes are. The individual application of complex carbs (potatoes, roots, rices, wheats, other grains) is going to require some experiemntation to see what works well. Digestively, I do great with rice and potaotes, not so well with wheats and seeds. So I get some complex carbs from rice and potatoes, on as as needed basis for my energy requirmeents.

Its all very scientifically and medically sound.
