I only switched to olive oil. I can't say much has changed, things just taste better and less greasy. Maybe a little less inflammation overall, but I also take supplements to lower inflammation.

the reason america has an obesity crisis and much of the rest of the world doesnt is because of lower food standards and zero walkability. walkability isn't something that is easy to change, unless you're willing and able to move to cities such as NYC, DC, SF, or Chicago.
Food standards, though, are something that you can control. People like to blame companies, but it is ultimately because the gov't refuses to uphold the same requirements that places like the EU does. the "went to europe, ate whatever i wanted, and lost 10 pounds" meme is real because of the quality of food AND the natural requirement to walk everywhere

No we don't lmao. The scientific consensus is that seed oils are still terrible for you because their o6:o3 ratio is fucked (ALA only converts to EPA at a 10% rate at most and DHA conversion is so low it might as well be ignored). They're only recommended because a fucked o6:o3 ratio is still better than a SFA overdose.

The only plant oil that matters is EVOO, and even that has a lot of o6 and has to be consumed in moderation. Eat more fish.

Cut the seed oils.
Cut pork.
Cut sugar and carbs. No pasta and breads.
