How do I progress with kegels?
I do 2 sets of 30 reps now in between sets of other exercises. I do em nice and slow and get a really good squueze, but I get bored while I'm doing them. I feel like it would be ridiculous to add a 3rd ser of 30 and I don't even know if that would gain anything, and I really can't think of a way to add weight. Is there just a very quick roof to the pelvic floor gains you can make?
