How do I progress with kegels?
I do 2 sets of 30 reps now in between sets of other exercises. I do em nice and slow and get a really good squueze, but I get bored while I'm doing them. I feel like it would be ridiculous to add a 3rd ser of 30 and I don't even know if that would gain anything, and I really can't think of a way to add weight. Is there just a very quick roof to the pelvic floor gains you can make?

Never do kegels as a man, do reverse kegel stretches. Kegel contractions fuck up your shit and make your pelvic floor tight. Every man is already contracting their pelvic muscles often enough (when peeing and during sexual activity). Kegels are for women who tend to be weak down there.

It's fake hardness and if you do it too much you will have worse erections that wont stay without having your muscles engaged. Focus on relaxing the muscles instead, it gives you better blood flow which leads to better erections and better soft hang (a lot of people who think they are growers with shriveled up soft penises just have constantly spasmed up pelvic muscles)

I found a way to stretch my weiner and gained 2.5 inches onto my meat in length. He's right, if your pelvic floor is too tense / if it clenches too much, it restricts blood flow to your dick and you can't get fully hard. ED from pelvic floor issues is often due to tightness rather than weakness. Don't just blindly assume the issue is one or the other without investigating it first.

It's one of those exercises you shouldn't progress once it's where you want it you just do that amount to avoid regression. 15x5 second holds couple times a day is about where it should stay if you want good boners and superior urinary continence. Beyond that it just tends make the pelvic floor imbalanced.

Stretch your adductors, hip flexors, hip rotators, side glutes and hamstrings. Every time I perform this routine (2x 30 seconds each), I'm amazed how much more relaxed I can get while sitting or lying down. Adductor stretches sometimes get me bricked tf up because blood flow isn't blocked by tight and sore hip floor muscles caused by hip hinge/core/etc exercises. Everyone has tight hips because of sitting too much so everyone should do these 5-7x a week. Kegels can worsen this situation but stretching only improves it. It's analogous to tight shoulders and bad posture causing chronic headaches.
I do these every day before going to bed and I fall asleep noticeably quicker. Gooners and sex havers should incorporate these too for improved results.

I had them in the past and had to stop lifting. Then, when I healed up fully and came back few months later, I would still sometimes get tingling feeling in the anus after harder workouts. Ever since I started doing kegels however, the feeling is gone and they are never returning.
