that is like saying "what is the benefit of blue?" because there is nothing to compare blue to (other than other colors, but in the analogy, other colors would be equivalent to other exercise hobbies)
you can only understand the benefits of "natty" lifting when compared to "non-natty" lifting
if you don't care about sides, then the benefits of natural lifting include:

You are able to keep/maintain your gains for longer when you stop training for a while or when you end up in a caloric deficit for a while and can't train.

With roids once you cycle off and stop training/eating properly your gains basically vanish. Just look at the retard Vitali who is currently in a Philippine prison. He lost all of his gains in one month.

Anyway, you're asking about "natural" lifting, that's usually spoken of in the context of natty vs roids.
If you don't care about that... Natty lifting is just lifting, it's the standard.
The benefits are: more muscles, better cardio (depending on how you train), less risk of sarcopoenia, or at an older age, and less all causes mortality, so a longer life, with higher quality of life.
Strength is very adaptable, so it will be useful for any physical task you attempt, from assembling a cabinet, to carrying your kid around, to playing sports.

A benefit is that you are orders of magnitude less likely to get catastrophi ally injured and send a pec or biceps tendon into orbit because the rate of adaptations of your soft tissues will be more in line with strength adaptions.
