There is 1 solution, block DHT with finestaride to stop shrinking of hair follicles (and in some cases let them return to normal) and apply minoxidil to promote growth.
No, you can't just get a hair transplant, no respectable clinic will do one unless you are on some sort of DHT blocker because otherwise all the hair will just fall out again. You also have to have sufficient donor area.

There are no other options, you got the short end of the stick, you got fucked. Blame your mother because male pattern baldness typically comes from mothers side genes.
Take fin min for life and risk some potential sides or accept being an ugly baldy. Those are your only choices.
