Today I loaded an extra five pounds on my bench and hit a PR without knowing it until I finished. 3 sets of 5 reps at 195lbs

By the way, I have a home gym and no spotter so I have never tried to 1RM. Am I at 2 plates yet? The calculators online all give me different answers.

If youre able to push out those sets without much difficulty, not needibg a spotter, then yeah you could probably 1 rep a 2pl8, but do try to find a spotter or install a guard rail if youre using a rack so you dont drop the bar on your neck

Treat my workouts and macros like limited points in a video game. I can only spend so many points before I'm out for the day and I have to lift certain weight and sets to level up
