Degrading yourself wont get you anywhere anon.
You have realized the problem and thats step one, but focusing on step one by asking people to tell you how ugly you are wont get you anywhere. Showering yourself in negativity will only lead you to shut down, not make tangible steps towards your goals.
A fad diet wont get you anywhere, you u need to build healthy habits, if you like drinking soda just pick the diet option.
Heres how you actually improve your physique:
1. Identify exactly what it is that you want.
2. Identify the steps required to get there.
3. Make the steps manageable and realistic
4. Stay consistent by recognizing the progress you’re making and not focusing on self loathing
To lose weight:
1. Eat in a calorie deficit, this means burning more calories than you eat. This is the most important to lose weight.
2. Get around 150 minutes of cardio per week. This doesn’t have to be intense exercise, it could be going for a brisk walk or playing a sport you like.
3. Train all your major muscle groups 2x per week. If you don’t have time for that something is better than nothing, there is plenty of resources online for weight training programs.
4. STAY CONSISTENT, it’s much easier if you make it fun for yourself this doesn’t have to be pain and suffering.
