Why do i always resort to food everytime i'm feeling down or depressed? That's why my cut always ruined and you cannot tell me to distract it with some hobby or not being depressed. What the fuck should i do? Cannot get ozympig or whatever in my country

You got it backward, you're feeling depressed because you're on a cut, your mind is playing tricks on you.
Same happens with people doing nofap, their body is doing something it's not used to and it wants to get back to it, so the brain makes excuses.

You won't get through a cut without hunger, you can shorten the length of the suffering with fasting.
Once you reach the goal maintenance is much easier.

I have the same issue and the solution is cutting so hard that a giant binge on a bad day won't be able to stop your weight loss. Also now that I'm like a month into my cut I get full much quicker so even when I act like a glutton the damage isn't as severe as it used to be, if failed diets many times but now I'm finally confident that I'm gonna keep going until I'll reach my goal, just keep trying anon

Develop a taste for it. Learn to love it. Do something more useful with that set of feelings when they show up. Not fighting them off or distracting. That’s a battle you lose as soon as you try. Honor the hunger and the sadness. Thank your life for showing it to you. And respond to it in a way that makes you more alive. Tuned like a fine instrument by the stabbing and pulling of your pain.

Look at it like this. A lot of the issues like you described have for our species been tied to problems like periods of low food. Suddenly caveman finds an injured mammoth, he and his friends kill it, while tribe is eating until they’re stuffed they know no one else will starve to death for a while. That’s essentially what’s going on logic wise. You feel down and depressed and your brain knows it will get large amounts of dopamine by eating a ton of shitty food, that even when stuffed and feeling like all you can do is lay down after you’ll feel better. I say practice doing 24 hour fasts, eat at the same time every day one meal.
