I kept fucking my shoulder so I would half assed db bench, you still want muscle to be building without impeding cns, I'll do a hard leg day(3 sets of heavy squats or dls) 1xmo and martial arts and I'm still adding weight to legs.

Depends on your objetive/s man. Looks like it's aesthetics for you. In which case, I mean first things first in any case I assume you do squats.
When running Starting Strength program for the first time in my life in my early 20's (you get somewhat manlier physically when you get older beyond a teenager or young man) I had the same problem. One day I looked at myself in the mirror wearing khaki pants which fit me very tight because hadn't used them in a while so I gained weight and they were not my size anymore, and for my surprise I looked like a fucking woman from my abs to my feet. I was horrified. Never ever again I did LOW-BAR SQUATS ( worth to mention taking in consideration SS has you doing squats on literally every workout unless you skip it some days but thats only in exceptional cases tho) I switched to HIGH-BAR SQUATS and problem solved. If the problem persists obviously there are still more alternatives/ways to fix it but that alone is an excellent starter.
On the bright side, women love men ass. Or so I have heard countless times on here, and not only here, and I think it has even been proved it to me irl by personal experience.

Basically this squats and deadlift will take care of your glutes no need to overtrain them so you won't have them too big unless ofc you do want that for any specific reason of yours.
That's why I said high-bar squats over low-bar (unless maybe your objetive is competing in powelifting). High-bar focuses on your legs much more rather than glutes. In addition obviously don't do any isolated (i.e machines) exercises for glutes.
The guy on that pic looks pretty good. Manly ass. And he's wearing tight clothes and doesnt even have a very wide or trained back (lats, traps, lower back, etc.)

I know a guy like this at my work. Poor bastard. Slim and trim until his butt and legs. Totally fat. I dont know the remedy. I store fat in my face and stomach mainly like normal I guess...I couldnt imagine having a big ol mushy butt and legs.

nah i wouldnt consider going trans cause my shoulders are pretty broad and i have pretty good muscle building genetics as far as i can ttell. i do have a thin waist and a fat ass though so pretty mixed bag, though if i get lean my ass and thighs will probably look normal

Revolve all of your training around your back so you can fix your build and your shoulder issues.
A lot of people deal with "shoulder issues" because they don't how to use their scapular muscles
