Jail nigga routine
Can anyone recommend me a full body calisthenics routine like how people do in prison. I know burpees pull-ups and push-ups are mandatory but what about the rest of the body?

I guess it would look kinda gay but you could probably do tandem stuff where you use your jail bros as weight. Like if they can hold a towel around your hands and provide resistance I bet you could get some good curls. You could maybe even bench press them and squat them but all that sounds very gay and my assumption is blacks would stab you for it.

That stuff is a meme. Prisons provide gyms, bcs they count on inmates working out their stresses that way instead of fighting. Also, steroids are readily available.
Never been in myself (never been caught, kek), but most of the guys I know who've been did standard benchpress, sshoulder press, squat stuff.

steroids are no "readily available" unless you maybe at a CAMP which is not prison at all
only a few yards have weights, they got rid of workout equipment at most of the yards and only have stuff for abs or cadio machines.

most yards dont even have dip or pullup bars anymore

trust me its endless burbees or shit with waterbags that they use as weights
