It used to be so easy for me to stay on a strict diet.
I was a pescatarian for 7 years and could feel satisfied enough after only eating once a day, that's how i stayed thin.

I've Decided to start eating regular meat again since 2022, and gained 25lbs..., went from being a size 0 / 100lbs to 125lbs.

I want my thigh gap back so i can look skinny again but it's feels harder to diet this time around than it did when i was a teenager.
Is this an issue with a slower metabolism now or the fact that it's harder on the body to go from eating meat to semi vegan?

It's like after 2 or 3 days of my diet, i'll quit and go back to the meat. It's so frustrating.
I wish i was as strict as i was when i was younger.

Im a woman, just wanted a thigh gap to be a skinny bitch
Can you blame me?
Thinness looks better on females than being muscular.

Marilyn Monroe or slim thick body type is the best. Do you have a small waist at this weight? >>76479040

Hell no, that chick is too big for my taste.
My current waist now is slightly curved, and there's still a shape thankfully because i have a small ribcage.

When i was at my thinnest, i had slightly visible hip bones, small thighs, and a waist smaller than that chick.

Im petite with small hips, small ribcage and short legs, i can't allow myself to get that big without being sloppy.
My waist would be too wide if i was at her size. She looks to me at least like 140-150lbs.
Petite women don't look good "thicc" caise we're so short and as i said, i refuse to workout because i don't want to be buff.
It's dieting or nothing for me.

I'm in the same boat. Starting eating meat a few months ago after 12+ years of being vegan and since then I've gained 6kg. It's not even muscle, I can lift less than I did as a vegan.
Meat eating is a meme.

Im gonna try to just eat a lot of protein meals.
I love eggs and cucumbers but i keep getting hungry throughout the day.
I used to get away with eating once and that was it for me, but my body craves more now. I've been watching fitness tiktokers to see what they eat.

Gonna try eating fruit bowls, oatmeal bowls or rice bowls and see if that helps curb my hunger. A slice of bread with 2 boiled eggs isn't cutting it for me anymore.

You won't be buff if you get your ass 20% bigger. Look at Sommer Ray and Lynn Kainoa. Just skip upper body and stop training when you see too much muscle.

A thread died for this blog post.
>I can't be strict about my diet
>no I refuse to work out
>why can't I get my thigh gap back

Maybe you could try to use some crystals to manifest more will power.
This is why I hate women.
>t. a woman

But I've lost weight the first time without ever having to work out.

I 've ust made this post to vent about hunger cravings... cause how i've used to be okay with eating very little but now my stomach won't stop growling, plus i get major fatigue if i won't eat enough. My body isn't as resilient as it used to be.

But anyway you were just looking for an excuse to bash a woman. Bitter Misogynist.

Eat some liver, you'll be more resilient with the nutrient density

Based but are you really a woman? Post tampons and timestamp

I don't use tampons, I use a silicone cup. Much more comfortable and it's a one-time purchase

I doubt it's metabolism change since so little time passed and you're still young (I'm vegan in my 40's and only started feeling this effect in my late 30's).
The simpler explanation is that the foods you eat now have a much higher caloric value than you did before - this doesn't have to do with adding meat necessarily but also possibly lifestyle changes. There's no reason not to be able to diet back down even while eating meat, plenty of people do that.
Just get a calory calculator app and feed it everything you eat, you'll see where the additional calories come from and be able to adjust your intake accordingly to lose weight again.
